Do you need access to my Mailchimp or Klaviyo account?
No. You export your audience as a CSV and email it. We never log in to your email platform or CRM.
Do you verify emails or add new subscribers?
No. We work only on the file you send: invalid email formats, role accounts like info@ or admin@, and duplicates are flagged. We never invent, buy, or append emails, and we never re-subscribe anyone who unsubscribed.
Can you merge several lists or tags into one audience?
Yes. Send multiple exports and we merge them into one deduped file with a source column, so you can rebuild tags or segments cleanly.
Will this keep my unsubscribes and consent fields intact?
Yes. Status, consent, and opt-in columns are preserved as-is and flagged rows are never deleted silently, so you stay in control of who gets mailed.
